Primary which completely isolates the characteristics of the substrate, preventing them from contacting the topcoat and affect them.

Bright stains that appear on the surface of a paint (usually walls) which are caused by long contact with the water on the paint. 

It is the base where it will apply the paint scheme or varnishing. It may be concrete, cement plaster, wood, iron, etc.
